Every morning these ducks come onto Bayou Texar. I row by on my kayak. Some mornings when I reach their property, they are still in ther overnight pen. Their call for their owner is loud and clear. They want to join the lone kayaker and have their photo taken. They will on occassion follow me. I am sure from the shoreline that must be a very funny sight. One orange kayak and a single file line of ducks.
